C.J.'s crew, Jeffrey, Thomas, and Rudy, did an amazing job on my smoke and soot-covered living room after a small but very dirty fireplace incident. I have never seen a crew work so carefully -- for example, cleaning in each tiny crevice of dentil molding, and taking up to 4 swipes with a dry cleaning sponge across the grey ceiling, turning it white again. So many more actions, taking whatever time they needed. No hurry to get to the next job. C.J. explained carefully the whole process and which parts of the house required what actions, keeping us fully informed. They really put the "Pro"-fessional in SERVPRO!
