Step 5: Cleaning and Sanitizing

Deep Cleaning & Sanitizing Your Property

At this point in the water restoration process, a lot has happened; we've moved from assessment to water removal to dehumidification. The work of addressing is accomplished but restoration isn't complete. Restoration implies something broken being made new — and so, this next step we label cleaning and sanitization.

The goal always at SERVPRO is to leave properties with the impression that nothing happened. In fact, our motto captures this, "Like it never even happened." For us, a finished project is a project that is clean and livable.

Our teams will not leave the project until the project is fit for living and working.
